Usage Based Concrete.

The usage based mix.

Our usage based concrete is designed and manufactured specifically to cater to the usage oriented requirements from our clients. These are further classified into the following:

Fibre Reinforced Concrete.

Kadaieswari Fibre Reinforced Concrete (FRC) is a type of concrete containing fibrous material which increases its structural integrity. It contains short discrete fibres that are uniformly distributed and randomly oriented. Fibres include steel fibres, glass fibres, synthetic fibres and natural fibres – each of which lend varying properties to the concrete. In addition, the characteristic of Fibre Reinforced Concrete changes with varying concretes, fibre materials.

FRC Advantages

  • Reduces crack widths and controls the crack widths tightly, thus improving the durability.

  • Improves the structural strength.

  • Improves the impact– and abrasion– resistance.

  • Improves the mix cohesion, improving pump-ability over long distances.

How to Use

  • Fibres are added directly to the mixer truck on site, care should be taken to ensure that the fibres are completely distributed throughout the load, with no loss by sticking to the hopper, mixer blades etc.

  • Mixing the concrete after the addition of the fibres depends greatly on the truck’s efficiency; it is recommended that the fibres should be mixed for approximately five minutes at optimum speed, or a minimum of 100 revolutions of the drum.

  • Concretes containing fibres can be placed, compacted and finished using the same methods as practiced with concretes without fibres.

Water Proofing Concrete.

There are many quality integral water proofing products on the market and once combined with a high quality low water to cement ratio concrete you will have a concrete that can stand up to some of the toughest element such as seawater, wastewater, and aggressive ground water as well as many aggressive chemical solutions. Waterproofing is used in reference to building structures such as basements, decks, or wet areas.

WPC Advantages

  • It prevents mold and mildew from getting into the walls and floor. This makes waterproofing essential to structural integrity and health.

  • It reduces maintenance costs and clean-up.

  • Waterproofed walls and floors increase property value.

How to Use

  • Water Proofing Concrete is generally best for water retaining structures and less critical basements that are less than 10 meters deep, where soil conditions are not aggressive, and where the consequences of flooding are less severe.

Crack Resistant Concrete.

Formulated to reduce the risk of surface shrinkage cracks, Kadaieswari Crack Resistant Concrete Mix is a professional strength blend of cementitious materials, sands, stone and fibres.

CRC Advantages

  • Improves the impact and abrasion–resistance.

  • Increases the resistance to plastic shrinkage during curing.

  • Improves the structural strength.

  • Improved service life of the structure.

How to Use

  • Consider pouring the concrete earlier in the morning or late evening so as to avoid higher day temperatures.

  • Ensure that the concrete surface is wet by covering with damp hessian cloth, or burlap. You can also cover it with a polythene sheet.
